Why?
Stakeholders are busy. They have many responsibilities and little time
They still have lots of knowledge we want to tap into
To do their job, they need insight. And if they have insight they are more likely to value our job
How to
Keep it simple. The more to the point, the better
Remember that most stake holders are really interested in whats going on.
Don't forget to add the info from direct messages in the reports! Most of the action happens here. You don't know it all, but you most likely have a better insight than your teacher
